Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted partners across Europe, please allow this time for creation and handling.

Shipping Times:

  • Estimated delivery within Europe: 5–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are defined by the shipping partners and calculated at the check out for each order.
  • There are discounts for shipping of multiple items of the same product from the same provider

Tracking:
All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Products

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Email us at info@catandhat.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.
